Description

Are all scientists just geeks in lab coats?

What do they do every day?

How do I become a medical researcher?

SCIENCE OPEN DAY AT THE WOOLCOCK

We invite you to join world class researchers from the Woolcock to learn more about sleep and breathing disorders and how scientists are working today to better understand and treat them.

Take a tour of our molecular biology labs, test your alertness on a driving simulator, or see how 3D printing is being used in inhaler design. Meet a scientist and hear their story… some may surprise you!

Who should come?

All members of the public are welcome.

We especially welcome high school and university students who are considering studying science at high school or university, or who simply have an interest in science. All students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
